I cannot say enough good things about Joey and his computer knowledge. My laptop was acting up so I contacted Joey at One Step Ahead Computer Services - he was VERY prompt in responding to me and gave me suggestions on how to fix my problems which worked. My laptop hasn't worked this well in a long time. If I every need help with my laptop again he will be my first call. He is very knowledgeable, prompt in responding and very professional. Joe was great. I had never used him previously and he was very professional in helping me resolve my computer issues. Returned calls very fast or answered when I called. Fixed my computer fast with just a few phone calls with remote access. Very simple too do as he works you through your repair.

I was having all sorts of frustrating problems with my laptop and noticed a lot of positive reviews of One Step Ahead Computer Services from my neighbors. I contacted Joey Di Bella via email and he got back to me on a Sunday. We dropped off the laptop and within 24 hours he got back to me and recommended that I invest in a new computer. The hard drive was failing on my 10-year-old device. Joey went to the trouble to ascertain what I needed and sent me three recommendations for replacements. I selected one and he transferred everything from my old computer to my new one. All I had to do was plug

I was referred to One Step Ahead by a friend who has used their services several times. I cannot say enough good about them! My old hard drive decided it had enough and went to the great beyond in the cloud. I called Joey and dropped off the laptop for him to survey the damage. Within 4 hours, he had resurrected the drive enough to recover all my documents and pictures and at a price that was very reasonable. Granted none of this stuff was important to anyone but me, however, Joey is the kind of person who really cares about his customers and he got me back to breathing normally.
