I ordered a toe pressure cuff on July 11th, was charged over $19.95 for shipping which was not a problem. On July 21th, I still haven't received anything. Why? Because there was a sales tax of $3.90 that they added that I was supposed to agree to. Why do I need to confirm a sales tax of $ 3.90 while I accepted to pay >$19 for shipment. I am aware that I must pay sales tax. They needed me to reply to an email to confirm the sales tax and that email doesn't accept any reply.
