We have had a deck that we could not use for years because of how hot it got. We now have this beautiful awning that has not only allowed us to stay cool but has given us extra space outside to hangout and enjoy the weather. The staff was neat and friendly. Turn around time was great! We were estimated 4 to 6 weeks and it was done in two weeks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to put up an awning.

I just want to begin by saying I never felt the need to give a review, however, with regards to Rainbow Awning located in Oceanside, NY, I felt I must. Carlos and his crew are highly professional, understanding, and true to their word, as well as reasonably priced. I have chosen them for 2 awning jobs and if I had another door, I would choose them again. I highly recommend them for all awning needs, big or small.

We had Rainbow build and install a new awning frame and canvas last summer. They immediately responded to my call and showed up the next day for estimate and explanation of their services. They listened to our wants and concerns and put together a very fair estimate which we agreed to. The awning was ready EXACTLY as we asked and when promised. Installation went perfectly by courteous and professional installers. Tropical storm Isaiah just came through with 70 mph winds. We are on a corner and winds are amplified and house bears the brunt. Multiple trees and wires down all over Long Beach. NO DAMAGE

I never write reviews but Rainbow Awnings are amazing. Carlos, the owner, came to my home twice because I couldn't make up my mind. After delivering my shade a week earlier then expected, I changed my mind again as to where I wanted it hung. No problem. He is coming yet again to see where I want. In addition, when you call someone always answers the phone which is so unusual today. I heartedly recommend.
