There’s a weird superiority complex going on in this office. A bit of context, we take our trash out every single week on Wednesday night and the trash was not collected on Thursday (thanksgiving). I waited until after the holiday weekend to call and a woman named JODY answered the phone and told me that it was my fault because I did not call 24h after pickup. I went through our agreement. Nowhere on the 4 page agreement does it say that you need 24h notice to pick them up. Get your trash collected from somewhere else. Customer service is awful and the treatment from a “family owned business”

Apparently its common for them to not send out tags when payed for. I hope to God we get the blue bags back because this is just a scam. I received a later stating my tags will be two weeks late and the person who answered the phone said my tags were already sent out. Never received them and my neighbor never received there either. If I get a code enforcement fine I will be sending it to Aiken refuse to pay for it.

I recently moved to new castle, second time ordering tags, $49 was taken out of my account 17 days ago and no tags in the mail. I called post office and they cannot help me, when I call Aiken even to place an order every female I speak to there has a horrible attitude when I’m always nice, I have not received my tags & Aiken tells me they can not issue a refund or send me more. I am so upset, as someone who works hard to make ends meet and gets robbed, I hope New Castle ends contact asap.

Terrible customer service & the company does not hold up their end of the deal. We ensured seven times with customer service agents, and the gentleman who dropped the dumpster off, that our dumpster would be picked up by the latest possible date. Called 3 times day of the supposed pick up (after calling 4 times the week prior) and the customer service was unhelpful and terrible. We are now stuck with a dumpster in our driveway while we are heading out for town for weeks. I let the company know about this the day of drop off & each time I called to ensure pick up. Absolutely would not recommend

I don’t EVER put reviews let alone negative ones. But I called to get a price on a dumpster, the first person that answered was so rude, but she had to put me on hold to transfer to someone else, while on hold the phone hung up so I called again. Another lady answered the phone and I explained what happened and she was completely rude, worse than the first! Customer service is literally everything and they don’t have it! Never even got a price because it’s not worth it. Good luck with business when your office staff is rude and unprofessional!!!

This company is forced on the people on the city. You get fined if you do not use their company-even if you have a vacant home or do not need their service. They say they mail tags for trash but do not. The mail app and ring cam prove they rip people off. Can’t wait until the city is done with this horrible company.

Rented a dumpster off of them. When they picked up they pushed the dumpster into my garage door, creasing and denting it in the process. Was told they would replace the panels that were damaged or if it was cheaper, replace the door. Called around and was able to get several different prices on panels for them, and priced out a new door. Spoke with the Owner? and he has refused to do anything other than let his "guy" come out and repair it. Otherwords, pop the creases out from the back side with a hammer... Have been going back and forth with them for over a year. He refuses to do anything that

Requires overpriced stickers. wont send stickers. workers regularly just forget to pick up garbage that is properly tagged and meets all requirements for pickup. has some super rude and unhelpful person answering phones. Does not return phone calls. literally the worst business model possible. do not sign a contract with these people for new castle again please. BID.
