The worst company EVER DO NOT USE I accidentally left my phone in the car after leaving the hospital with my husband and they tried to charge me to bring it back or walk to the main office to get it. Needless to say I let the cops handle it and 20 minute's later I had my phone back. I used them every month a couple times a month but NEVER AGAIN😠😠

This is the only cab service in douglasville that could get me to work on time at 6:45 am when everyone else was still asleep even uber. He agreed to take my mom back and forth to her appointment because she has a disability and cant drive so If I dont take her he will. I appreciate the service and the reasonable fees are on point.

Yesterday I called this company for a taxi I asked him how long will it be before you get to me he said 10 minutes remind you when I called him it was ten after nine I called him back at 9:30 giving him a five Grease. He said that he was on his way I decide to call another taxi because I need to catch my flight if you ever called this taxi company which is adex taxi I believe make sure you call this taxi company a year before you need a ride so he will be on time.

The owners attitude is very Dominant,he lies to the customers about their cab prices,cusses and uses profanity with the customers,and breaks the laws and never drives the speed limit and is always pulling out in front of oncoming traffic while others are in the vehicle with him putting us all in danger with his wreckless driving.He's money hungry really bad and does Not talk to others in a humble and professional way either.He even switched the prices a few times with different customers as well.He's always telling the customers he'll be there in 5 or 10 minutes and he actually be 30 minutes away
