Our pump went out on a Saturday. Called All Serve Pump and was told someone would be out in half an hour. True to his word, Roger was here within that time frame. Our pump was fried
Roger went to town and got us a new one and had it installed in less that 4 hours from when I originally called. Price was very reasonable.

I needed a flow test and water purity test and Roger worked me in to his busy schedule. He was on time and very efficient and knowledgeable. My husband was able to ask a lot of questions and learn a lot about any future well situations. His price was exactly what he quoted. I would use him again in the future.

I had a constant pressure system with a 1000 gal. water reservoir installed. Roger gave me three quotes to choose from. After selecting a specific job option he was immediately on it. I kidd you not, but the man literally worked eight hours straight without even stopping to take a sip of water. I was impressed to say the least. The equipment was competitively priced and top notch. His labor charge was the standard rate for the Willamette. I live out in the country so most companies don't come out this far. But that wasn't an issue for All Serve

I was referred to All Serve Pump after calling another ‘Well and Pump’ company in Eugene and being told they don’t touch irrigation wells anymore. However, the company I called at least told me to contact All Serve Pump who would most likely be able to help. So I did and my call was answered by Roger. Not knowing anything about pumps other than what I was able to find on Google, Roger spent 10 minutes with me answering my questions and even directing me on how I might be able to service my own pump. Roger was genuinely helpful over the phone and actually gave me the confidence to give servicing
