Central Woodwork
Our suppliers offer the quality products made to stand the test of time. Let our team help you choose the perfect doors, windows, stairparts and millwork for your project. Awesome people with great attitudes. Wish all my stops had people this friendly and fast. The load I had only took them about 45 minutes compared to the same load taking 2-3 hours everywhere else.

Hopefully I'll have more loads going here soon. I was impressed with the follow through from your staff when they had to come 4 times to complete a difficult replacement. The technicians were prompt and did a great job. I have been using Central Woodwork for 20 years and they continue to have good prices and great service.

Went today needing a solid exterior replacement door, spoke to sales rep and confirmed size 3 times. Paid for it over the phone and for some reason he sold me the wrong size door. The real kicker was that the door I just bought at a different location was literally the same door they sold me for over $500 and the one I had already cost $205. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at this point. Simply because they don’t take responsibility for the errors they make and they are just way to over priced clearly.

I've gone here several time to get trim for various projects. They are always friendly, and helpful, even if I only need 2-3 boards.

I needed to replace 1 side of a center-hinge door patio door set. The goal was to replace one door that had glass all the way to the bottom with a door where I could put a dog door in the bottom. The initial phone consult went great, they were very helpful and recommended their subcontractor, we'll call him Mr. X, to come out and take measurements and make a recommendation on which door to replace.

I scheduled an appt with Mr. X who failed to show up during a 3hr window. I rescheduled and Mr. X showed up that time. I did not feel totally comfortable around Mr. X but he took the measurements

We recently bought windows for 3, 2,200 s.f. rental houses from Central Woodwork. The windows have an issue where they close at the bottom but don't meet at the top and so they don't lock properly. I called Central to get some advice about fixing this problem which I think is a quite simple fix with a casement adjustment wrench. I asked the salesman if he thought doing these adjustments would be an option. He was the nastiest, most unhelpful person I've ever talked to!!! He said, "I DON'T KNOW", like I was some idiot. By the way, one of our window locks broke

Great Service!!
In August we purchased a home in Spring Hill. We had several windows with issues and the 12 window panes in front entry door were fogged. I called the builder and learned that Central Woodwork supplied the millwork in our home. I call your Nashville office and I was pleased that you immediately agreed to send Phil King to look at the windows and the door. I was all prepared to argue my case regarding replacing the windows. But I was pleasantly surprised that he scheduled to have technicians come and replace windows. What was even more impressive was the follow through from your

I went to back door to exchange a damage door for a another one undamaged and the guy that was there to give it to me, was very rude to me and didn't want to give me a new door. Although the manager approved it and slammed the huge will call door on me. I didn't do anything wrong to deserve this abuse from the delivery guy. If I didn't need the door, I would have got a refund and I will never shop here ever again as I told the manager and he didn't seem to care!!! That's messed up!!! Bad Place!!!

I initially had a problem trying to place an order. However, the manager, Amy Smith, contacted me and expressed concern about the confusion, and was amazingly gracious to resolve the situation quickly. She immediately handled my order, and followed up with an email, which was deeply appreciated.
I am very, more than very, satisfied with the service I have received. I trust that, should the need arise, I will definitely come back to Central Woodwork for future products for my clients.

Don't expect good customer service here. The men in the back that hand the materials over are not helpful at all. They rolled their eyes when asked to cut down to 14 instead of 16 like they were planning to. They did not help load the material (like ABC Wholesale does), they even threw the smaller pieces that were out of reach onto the floor with absolutely no care and were just all around crabby. Make sure you're prepared to work when you get there.

We ordered 11 doors from Logan over the phone and I was worried since I would not be there when they arrived there might be a problem with them. Wrong! We got them in a couple of days, the contractor hung them, They were just what I ordered, right on time and beautiful doors. I wish I would have ordered my windows from them also.
Visit their showroom, it is worth the trip. They have each door, installed, working, and displayed with the moldings and painted each differently. I found that very helpful.
I will definitely order from Central again when it is time for the addition. Kudos to Logan for

Http://centralwoodwork.com/ has the worst service I have ever seen, I've bought 4 doors from them and they've never got one right. This was the last straw, I went in to pick up my door that was ready 3 days prior. When I got there the attendant said there were no hinges on it and if I wait 10 minutes my frame and the door will be completed. So I waited, and waited, and waited 55 minutes later I talk to the man again and he said it's still not completed yet. To think I took off work today to go pick up the door because me and my wife have 3 children, last time she was there the same

Horrible customer service! You can never get a hold of anyone at this place. The receptionist is unhelpful, all she can do is send you to a voicemail of someone. She cannot answer any questions or check your order status. I had to leave messages just to place an order (you'd think someone would be helpful when they are getting money from you). Finally once I got my order placed (after 2 days of waiting for a call) I was never called when my door was in. I had to call and talk to voicemail boxes again and wait for someone to finally call me back. I highly recommend going elsewhere. This place

When I replaced my windows and my front door in my house a couple of years ago, I shopped all over town, looking not only for good prices, but windows that would fit the character of my house. I wanted to go for a vintage look, with the two vertical bars on the top panel of the window, instead of the regular paned windows I had before (even though they were original to the house). I also wanted a door to match, in all glass, because my living room was very dark.

I shopped at Home Depot, Lowes, and several other window and door merchants in town. I found prices that were sometimes (especially in
