For the past 25 years, Charles Cerussi has devoted his practice exclusively to the trial of civil cases in New Jersey and New York. He specializes in litigating serious and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Cerussi has extensive experience in the handling of cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle/trucking accidents, construction and other workplace accidents, product liability cases, and cases involving injured railroad workers brought under the Federal Employers Liability Act ("FELA").

Since being admitted to the Bars of the States of New Jersey and New York in 2008 and 2009, respectively, Jaclyn Gannon has devoted her professional time exclusively to personal injury litigation in New Jersey and New York.
After practicing in the field of personal injury defending personal injury cases, Jaclyn joined the firm of Cerussi & Gunn, P.C. in 2010 to help further the objectives contained within the firm's Principles, as she shares the same passions and values as the founding partner Charles Cerussi.

Carey M. Weaver is a Certified Paralegal and the Office Administrator of Cerussi and Gunn, P.C. with well over 20 years of experience with litigation law firms. Carey has devoted the last 25 years of her career to assisting Mr. Cerussi with litigating serious and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases and is involved in all aspects of the firm's practice.
At the law offices of Cerussi & Gunn, P.C., our specialty legal team consists of three trial attorneys and a paralegal support staff practicing in the field of Serious Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Wrongful Death, and Medical Malpractice.
