We dropped off our Dyson vacuum on Sat 7/31, since the power button had stopped working. Mike said he would evaluate it for $25 and get back to us in a few weeks, since he was rather busy. I decided to call on Sat 8/7 to see if Mike had a chance to look at our vacuum yet. He told me he was still working on items that were dropped off on 7/15. Not that this store needs any more positive reviews, but I'll throw my two cents in anyway. I needed a new vacuum part & installation for it. After driving by this store for literally decades, I finally stopped in. What a refreshing experience! The owner was attentive, engaging & knowledgeable. He quickly took care of my vacuum repair. I didn't realize how many products he carried so I found myself purchasing some. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. They have helped us with servicing our vacuum and our sewing machine. They have also helped us purchase two new machines and really took our needs and budget into consideration and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive machines. Really knowledgeable guy running the place. And everywhere else I went to had every other belt but mine and we're nothing but a waste of time. And when I would inquire about anything vacuum cleaner related, they'd practically run. The guys at Delta seem to know everything there is to know about vacuums and then some. And it's reasonable!

I went in this afternoon, my 3d Time going to Delta. Each time I was treated with great customer care. Today I went in with the water tank for my carpet cleaner. Some piece had come off and I had no idea where exactly it went. I was told what it was, what it did and where it went. He fixed it for me. I reached for my purse. Heh, no one works for free right? He told me no charge. In a world where everyone needs a buck, wants a buck just to speak to you. . . Thank You Gentlemen. You Rock!

I called every Baby Lock dealer in the Bay Area when I was looking to purchase a new machine, and Randy at Delta Vacuum & Sewing had BY FAR the best price. If you're looking to buy a Baby Lock machine, beware of other dealers charging almost 100% more than Delta Vacuum. Randy was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and got my machine in quickly. Highly recommend!

Had my vacuum serviced their previous to my visit today. The last visit the guy was very nice told me that he didn't sell my vacuum but would make sure all my information was in his system to service next time I was in. Of course I came back to purchase more bags and to my surprise the guy says he doesn't have what type of bag I needed and it looks like I never picked up machine. I assured him that I had my machine and had paid for it and only needed bags today. He said he could guess at which bags I needed but that was the best he could do. I am very appreciative of the 2 brothers that fixed my warrantied carpet cleaner when I mistakenly assumed it was alright to spray the unit clean with the hose. They went above and beyond to help me out. For this reason I would have given them 5 stars. But for reasons detailed in the following paragraph, I took 2 stars away. I am indebted to them for fixing my machine. As my carpet cleaner is very important to me due to my 2 rescue dogs that are learning to be potty trained with health issues. After a very few minutes of instruction, He became very impatient and said " you are never going to be able to do this!" And, "I can't waste my time on this." I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this facility! Reminded me of when I was a kid and my mom would take her Bernina in to be serviced at the local sewing center. Good old fashioned service! Mike and Randy are professional and extremely helpful!! Even though I had bought my industrial juki from another company online, Randy made time in his schedule to come to my house last minute to fix my machine! I will be buying everything from them from now on!!

WOW what a response to my review. If you have read my other reviews. I speak the truth on exactly my experiences establishments, be a good experience or a bad one. With YOUR business I received very bad customer service. I do not fabricate but speak the truth. I guess you just cannot handle the truth... I do not care if you been in business over 30 years... The belt blew out on my Dyson after it "ate" a fiber from a throw rug. They had the belt in stock and were kind enough to tell me it may not fit because Dyson had widened that belt and I may need a new brush head and tensioner as well. Ironically I had considered bringing the vacuum when going in for the belt but felt it wasn't going to be an issue. As luck would have it, the belt did not fit.
While some people may be upset about needing to make a second trip, I was not because they had told me the belt may not fit.
