The staff took the time to explain what plants work well with each other and when the appropriate time was to plant certain herbs and vegetables based on the likelihood of frost. I'm a novice, so I appreciate that they not only have lovely plants, but are knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge.

Love Eltzroth & Thompson, have been patronizing this lovely nursery since '91. They have a nice selection and the people there are so knowledgeable and helpful. I don't recall ever having a question or problem that they couldn't address. As I was driving down 29 today, I stopped in and picked up some woody shrubs and perennials, for filling in, that are going to look fabulous. Always pull off their lot feeling good about the plant material I've bought there.
