I’ve been to this office three times now and feel the physicians, nurses, and PA’s are very knowledgeable, kind, and are genuinely concerned with your well being. The fifth star is due to the front desk personnel. They always seemed annoyed, curt, and bothered by patients. I’ve only ever heard one say “thank you” or “you’re welcome”. It’s off-putting to be treated as though you’re interrupting their day by simply walking in.

Although the doctors and physicians I have worked with are great, the office staff and phone operators are terrible. It's a stressful and painstakingly long process to try to get ahold of anyone, especially to schedule an appointment. What kind of business requires you to leave a message to schedule a procedure in the first place? Anyways, I've been trying for a week to schedule my next injections. I got a call a couple of days ago saying someone else would be calling me to schedule the appointment. Why?? What was the point in that call? Considering schedule with another orthopedic group to do

I have never experienced a worse office staff. In July we had a test, it took 5 months to get the results. Over and over and over again the office canceled our appointment. At one point we received a call from a staff member and then the next day another staff member called to explain that appointment couldn’t be and the first staff member “didn’t’ know what she was doing”. Two days before surgery we were to get a Covid Test, the location was decided and the doctors orders were never sent. I called the office and was sent to the doctor’s assistant voicemail, who never returned my call

Dr Lewis is very caring, attentive, a great Surgeon, & from what I've heard, he is only One of the Several Orthopedics that are great at what they do, & they listen, & care. When I had my Follow Up, even his nurse, Amanda, was great. She listens, & really cares about what's going on with you. Louisville Orthopedics is the place to go, plus that, their affiliated with One of the Best Hospitals Ever. I Love Baptist Health.

Very rude with your time. They called me told me to hurry come in something has come up in their scheduling and they only have today, if we r to keep the surgery date that's been set for over a month. I left work, drove two hrs per thier request and then was asked to sit and wait for 2 and a half hours. Must be nice to think your time is more important than others. Very aggravating and disappointing!!!

These folks are the best in town, IMO. I had Dr. Goodin replace both my knees (2018, 2019) and one shoulder by Dr. Kuiper (2020). I was treated with great care, respect and the procedures were flawless. I highly recommend this group of doctors. Also saw Carly Bell and Melissa Parshall as PA-C's and they are excellent as well.

Terri that does the scheduling for Dr. Richardson is the worst communicating person and with the front office also not communicating even though my insurance says my surgery was approved they say they never got the confirmation but I can call my insurance and get the confirmation every time. I asked her if she could call my insurance to get a copy of the authorization her reply was that is not her job. Makes no sense if she is the scheduler. Said it was the pre-auth dept. So nobody was willing to call my insurance and get a copy of the authorization. Me being the patient I could verify the authorization

The team member who went over all the preliminary paperwork was fun and personable while I sat in my car. Following that I was instructed to proceed up to their waiting room. Where I waited...and waited......and waited. Once I had been taken back to an exam room I was relieved to only wait a few more minutes. The Dr. was kind and efficient. So I only wasted a mere hour of my day waiting to see him for a less than 10 minute visit. I hope I never need to go back. I was there for a follow up from the ER. Don't forget to be there 10 minutes before your appointment! 🙄

Dr. Sweet II, Dr Compton, Katie and their staff are kind, caring and supportive. They have treated me with nothing less than the best care. They have helped me find myself again after suddenly losing my mobility and everything that goes along with it.
After my first and second surgery, Dr. Sweet came out and sat with my underage, nervous, daughter and was so kind and caring as he told her that everything went well. He still asks about her during visits and she asks about him after I arrive home. He really made an impression on her and that, to me makes him the best.
