We provide dependable homeowner services, property management, maintenance and care for your second home or condo in the Mammoth Lakes, California area of the Eastern Sierras that includes the towns of Mammoth Lakes, June Lake, and Crowley Lake. We only focus on property care home services for absentee homeowners of second vacation homes or condos.
We offer two types of home care plans for owners of second homes/vacation homes and can customize your plan with additional services to meet your needs and ensure your home is well maintained so you can enjoy it when you are here. As a client, you have a login to your custom Client Portal pages where you can access timestamped inspection logs, alerts, notes, and arrival and departure scheduler and calendar.

We are truly grateful for the assist R&R Home Services provided us when we had to leave town for a month to see family and attend a funeral. We did not have a sprinkler system set up for our newly seeded lawn and Ryan and his team came through in a big way and set up a system for us so our grass stayed alive during the hottest part of summer! We are so thankful especially because we called last minute and they were super responsive, friendly, professional and gave us the assurance we needed that our lawn and garden would be looked after while we were away! What in the WORLD would we have done without R&R? We bought our home a year ago and they have helped us every step of the way. They have graciously fielded so many of our (my) calls and emails, guarded and delivered our packages, shoveled tons of snow, and guided us through contractors, referrals, and recommendations, as we have repaired and restored nearly every inch of our home from 300 miles away! I honestly cannot recommend Ryan and Ryan enough. They are worth every cent and then some; we consider their services an investment in our house. Not only that, but they are just GREAT GUYS. I have used R&R for three years with my Mammoth rental condo. I manage the property myself but needed local support. These guys are worth their weight in gold! Available 24/7, super responsive, no problem too big or too small. I don't know how I would run my business without them. If only I could find someone like them in San Diego to help with other properties! Having them as a local resource totally alleviates any stress associated with managing a property from a distance. Highly recommend.

Where does one begin.... The Ryan Partners are truly a blessing to anyone that owns a property in Mammoth Lakes! We have been utilizing their services for almost a year now, and couldn't be happier! Initially, I was concerned about their value proposition to the management aspect of the property. So Ryan took a great deal of His time to walk me through all of the value added services they would provide. Ryan and Ryan are the best! After buying one of the few homes in Mammoth that are zoned for nightly rental, we knew that we were going to need a great team to manage the place in our absence. What would be we do without R&R Home Services?! Ryan and his crew take away all the worries about owning a vacation home in Mammoth. They have helped us with virtually EVERYTHING from house maintenance to trash removal to snow removal, recommending contractors, supervising contractors, arranging furniture deliveries, removing old appliances. They are extremely reliable - I send them an e-mail or call with a request, and it's taken care of! There's nothing they can't handle. I would highly recommend R&R to anyone with a home away from home.
