Called Alvarez to have a chair repaired. He quoted me a price and I thought this is great.
He said would come by to pick the chair up on Mon or Tuesday. Then on Tuesday he said he would come by on Wed. He NEVER called - texted or came by to get the chair Wed. If you can't make the appointment call the customer. I would never recommend anyone working with this company. I rate them a ZERO...

Good work in a timely manner. My brother and I were packing up furniture to move it around and replace carpeting. In the process we managed to slice open the covering of a piano seat bench with a utility knife. Dropped off the seat one evening, picked it up the next night. First class work, looks brand new and no surprise charges.
