I take pride in using quality ingredients in my recipes using Ghiradelli, Organic Clover, and 365 Organic to create your one of a kind dessert!
All classes are customized to your parties interest. Learn to bake a special dessert, decorate cupcakes, cakes and learn desired techniques! Classes range from $35-$100 depending on what you want your class to be! Groups maximum of 4 for decorating preferred.

Services
When I was 9 years old my father bought me my first apron and that was when I realized I wanted to become a baker. At a young age I cooked, baked, and canned goods with my mom experimenting with new recipes. I started my passion for all things sweet when I went to culinary school and graduated with my degree in baking and pastry.
Our Custom Cakes are prepared by highly skilled Cake Artist with a passion for perfection and high end cake decorating. Our prices reflect the time, quality of ingredients and LOVE put into each and every Nom Nom Cake. We work with a delicious American Buttercream that is beautiful to look at, but most importantly, Delicious to eat!

What a fun decorating class! My partner and I attended Lana's cupcake decorating class and we both agree it was worth every penny and then some! A great weekend activity and excuse to drive out to the beautiful coast. Booking was a breeze and Lana is so welcoming and knowledgeable that I have already recommended this to friends and coworkers! Lana was great to work with for our wedding! We got a 1 tier cake with beautiful sunflower designs, along with cupcakes decorated with sunflowers on top and sheet cake to serve to the guests. The desserts ended up looking so beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend Nom Nom Cakes for your events, parties, weddings, etc.!

Wow! Amazing!! Group came up from LA for bday camping trip at Bodega Dunes campground. I was in charge of the bday cake. I ordered a few days in advance. Got the 8" s'more cake! It kept up well in my car for 24hrs prior to bday celebration in shade w/ 60 degree temps (didn't need cooler). I met Lana at my requested location. Super friendly and communication was excellent from start to finish. Cake was gorgeous & delicious! Highly Recommend on every level!!

The dinosaur cake I ordered for my son’s third birthday was BEAUTIFUL!!! 😍😍😍 AND delicious. My family and more importantly the birthday boy absolutely loved it. Every detail was well thought out, from the mountains to the volcanos down to the dots on the name. The cake was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. Lana was also able to deliver to our rental house.

Lana's cakes are one of kind, memorable, beautiful, entertaining, and most of all DELICIOUS!! She's made cakes for my niece, nephew, and brothers birthdays and they're always amazing! I almost don't want to cut into them! And there's sometimes inside surprises!!! Last cake we ordered, every layer was a different rainbow color! So cool! And of course, DO cut into them so you can eat all that deliciousness with a big scoop of ice cream. YUMMM!! We'll keep ordering Nom Nom Cakes for all our celebrations and holidays. Thanks, Lana!
