THEY ARE THIEFS!!! STAY AEAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET ROBBED!! THEY TOOK MY CALL AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ONCE JOB WAS COMPETED THE INVOICE WAS FOR $300 MORE. THEY DEMANDED PAYMENT OR THEY WOULD SEND A WRECKER AND BLOCK MY VEHICLE. ON THAT OF THIS THE OWNER IS THE ONE THAT IS ACTUALLY DOING THIS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! STAY AWAY!! THEY DESERVE 0 STARTS. JUST LYING FROM THE START. They quoted as $125 per hour. Then they sent an invoice for $150 per hour. When I asked why they said the guy that quoted me, was not suppose to quote me at all. The next conversation he said that the same guy that quoted me was his boss. Do not let them work on your vehicle until you get a written estimate.

Came to pick up a Uhal, asked them about a squeaky belt in a 2020 truck and if they wouldn't mind squeezing us in. They were happy to look and let me know which belt was the culprit. They would have changed it... but it's a special order part. ( We live 3hrs south otherwise I would come back here to have them do it.) Everything for the Uhal transaction went smoothly, trail hook up a breeze! 5☆☆☆☆☆

We had a great experience at Paul's, our Alternator went out on a Friday night on a Holiday weekend in Pentwater and I could not find anyone to service our car. When I called Paul's - they came right over and towed our Van and was fixed in lass than 3 hours and we were so grateful for the professional service.

My can broke down near Hart, MI while on vacation. Being in an unfamiliar place I was apprehensive about where to take it in at, but Paul's auto was amazing. When they found out I was on vaca, they squeezed me in and had my car fixed same day. They even picked me up and dropped me off at my cabin. They were Courteous, knowledgeable, professional. I think Dennis was the guy that helped us with a U Haul tow and he had to scramble to figure out how to help us get where we were going in a time when the rentals were all in a super high demand. Paul's Auto & Tire was a lifesaver. We were 8 hours from home on vacation when the charging system warning light came on the day before we were to return. They were able to get the parts to fix the problem and did the repairs in half a day. I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't been so great.
