In 2002 we converted this tired industrial facility into a commercial and light industrial mixed use building that revitalized the intersection of 20th & Campbell Streets. We seismically upgraded the building and installed new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. This building has excellent natural lighting, an attractive entrance lobby and high exposed truss ceilings.
In 1996 we began working with Hog island Oyster Company renovating a small group of buildings along Tomales Bay in the town of Marshall. This site is located on a coastal estuary along the central California coast approximately 40 miles northwest of San Francisco. Our work included new foundations, a new septic system and an upgraded water system.
In 1978 we developed College Point into a retail center, which is located at the intersection of College Avenue and Broadway in the vibrant Rockridge shopping district. This surrounding neighborhood is filled with upscale independently owned retail stores, cafes, coffee shops, gourmet markets, book stores, flower shops and acclaimed restaurants.
