Was going to purchase a new Pellet Stove which was going to run me $5000.00 +. Called to see about the install as the lady when I looked at the stove told me they would install it. The girl I talked to regarding the install informed me that it would be an additional $750.00 for the install plus the cost of materials. I can understand paying for the materials, but when you spend over $5000.00 for a stove you would think they would install it at no additional cost to you, not try to soak you for every Penney. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, highly recommend you look elsewhere where they

We looked and looked to find a replacement for our 20 year old pellet stove. The people of SH&H spent time after time with us in their showroom even though we were slow to make a decision. We found the perfect pellet insert there and the subsequent installation and follow up were exactly in accordance with their promises.

We had a fantastic experience with Sierra Hearth & Home completely across the board! They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My husband and I walked in and said "We need to know more about pellet stoves..." Stan spent the better part of an hour educating us on stove types, pellets vs. wood and so on. He never made us feel sheepish for asking questions (we both grew up in the city and had never used anything other than central heating). We feel really good about the decisions he helped us make.
