The customer is responsible for the rented property and it's use. The customer is responsible for damage other than "Ordinary wear and tear". You should be fine as long as the inflatables aren't misused.
Dangerous articles in the inflatables that could be dangerous to the participants as well as the inflatable as well as other unreasonable activity such as gross overloading the inflatable could cause damage that the customer would be responsible for.The one item to note is "Silly String" which can cause irreplaceable damage to the inflatable.

Surface - When you request your rental, you will specify the type of surface that the inflatable will be setup on Grass, Concrete, or Turf. If you are not on grass then we can not drive in our stacks and will need to use sand bags instead to hold the inflatable secure. You should request these or we will add them to your order later.

I was so so happy with my experience using All Puffed Up for my adult birthday party. We were doing a onezie party and inflatable obstacle course was such a HIT! From the first interaction, to set up and pick up - everything was so smooth and easy! Really appreciate your time and work (Sharon, Kevin and Zack) and looking forward to another opportunity to rent their inflatables :)

We just had my daughter birthday party today with All Puffed Up Bounce House setup in the backyard - the best people I have worked with! They were efficient, friendly and professional. We had tons of fun, and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone who is looking for a party setup with them!

I highly recommend All Puffed Up! Ordering online made it super easy and quick. They showed up on time to drop off and pick up. We rented the Mickey Mouse slide combo. It was immaculately cleaned. (I watched them sanitize it's on site.) the owners were so incredibly friendly, and the kids had an absolute blast. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service! Not only did they deliver it extra early for our party they also vacuumed and sanitized the bounce house so it would be perfectly clean for our little jumpers! They didn't require a deposit, they we're very flexible for drop off and pick up and their prices were competitive if not cheaper than the other companies in our area. Highly recommend! We will be using them again!
