I got to my appointment on time and my stylist showed up late, and then tried to charge ME a late fee. Then they left and got food without telling me and left me under the dryer for 3 hours. Then a roach ran across my foot.

Long story short this is one of the most unprofessional places I have been in. The owner is very nice and she tries to intervene and help The Stylist be more professional however is unable to control them. All the stylist here are more than unprofessional and it would be in the owner's best interest to have a staff meeting addressing their unprofessionalism and inconsideration for other people's time and quality of their work as well as their attitude. This shop has good hair and has the potential to be something really really great especially with it being a black business. However with the prices

I enjoyed this salon so much I’m use to going to individual suites but the experience here was so fun. The staff energy was amazing very nice clean energetic on top of that I was amazed how the Owner was very nice as well. She spoke to everyone that walked in the door. I purchase hair from here before like 3 times already lol and the quality is really good but I finally got my hair done here an Im very pleased. I will be back ! I recommend this business you can tell they care! I had to leave a review

Booked an Appointment with Si stylezzz for a Friday at 9am and paid a deposit. she text me at 6am asking if I could come at 10:30. I did go get my wig installed however she did not tint my lace to blend in with my skin. My lace was showing. I stop back by the next morning to see if she could fix it. She told me I could come back on Monday. I text her multiple times and even called her she never replied. $230 wasted. That was definitely my first and last time. I’m very disappointed.

I was here last week and the owner was really nice but I was disappointed in her staff ,most of them were not wearing a mask ,they were talking over the customers head ,the state requires if you open your shop to wear mask ...I really couldn't believe this,they can really do hair but the staff has to get it together

My wig was really good from this place, they colored it to perfection and they did not skimp on the hair, my mom got her hair done and I waited on her the staff and owner was very polite. I do recommend this salon they have Amazing hair and the stylist can do hair very well.
