They are soo pushy with their procedure and gets upset when u don't do what they want! I went in for a clean and wanted me to do the X-ray mind you I was just there a month go and did one. I didn't want it for medical reasons but it didn't matter to the "doctor" she stomped in and was like if you don't want the X-ray then we are going to charge u 70 dollars for missing this appt! I was like what? I'm standing right here!!! U can't do the clearing without an X-ray? She was like no! We have to cancel the appointment and That will be 70 dollars in the rudest way possible! I grind my teeth. I have basically chewed off the back of my front teeth, making them thin & brittle and chipping off. I am not a candidate for veneers because of the grinding. When my adult son and I went there this week, for him to catch up on a check-up and cleaning, everything and everyone was very nice, and they were very careful about Covid safety, which is crucial to us. Also they took their time with him, didn't rush through. But at the beginning, he decided to go for the annual plan, which the person assured us several times would cover everything at this visit. You know , going to the dentist every 6 months is just not fun. But I'm really trying to take better care of my teeth. The folks at Perfect Smiles try really hard to make it a clean safe environment. I appreciate that. For some reason the pandemic has made it harder to keep my appointments, maybe some stress ???? I had a wonderful first visit here. All of the staff are kind, engaging, and made me feel less anxious about my visit. They gave me a breakdown of the cost for each procedure and treated me with the best dental care I have ever received. Just had my annual checkup/cleaning here and it’s the best dentistry I have ever been to by far. Everyone was so kind and helpful! The staff is very friendly and explain everything to you. I hadn't been to the dentist in longer then I would like to admit, they were very nice. They told me exactly what was happening and what I needed to do to take better care of my teeth. I was also able to set my 1 year old son up with his first appointment.

I am highly satisfied with Perfect Smiles dentistry. A friend at work recommended Dr Gowda when I needed a crown. They gave me an appointment right away, and I now have a beautiful crown and our family's new dentist. Since my last review in 2014 I have had a couple of procedures performed which were more than just a cleaning and I am happy to report that my experience was just as good. The staff at this office is the kindest and most attentive of any office I have been. I have enjoyed Dr. G and her associates. They are very knowledgeable and offer treatment for my entire family at one location. If I would change anything I would ask that they please remember that most people are on a very limited income and to not be so pushy with extra dental sales. Still this is not a deterrent for a referral to this office they have flexible hours and are willing to go the extra mile to get a patient in the office.

I found Dr. Gowda through yelp and made a appointment.
I had a lot of dental problems but Dr. Gowda made a plan that would work for me and we went for it. It took a few months of once a week dental appointments but the end result is beautiful.
I am very happy with my results. All of the dental work was mostly pain free. Everyone at her office is very nice and very kind.

For now I have to give props to Dr Gowda and staff for seeing me Today on a Saturday no less. I was in so much pain. I thought I had an abscessed tooth but turns out I have gum issues.
The staff and dr Gowda were friendly and for the first time ever, im looking forward to having dental work done.
