In 2021, falling gutter ripped canvas of an awning Capitol originally installed in 2011. After gutter was replaced I asked Capitol to make a new canvas with identical fabric and install. They removed torn canvas and replaced.

Capital Awning was excellent start to finish with our project, folks always got back to us in a timely fashion, even with COVID and supply chain challenges they were only a week or so later for install that we anticipated. The price of alumni went up between the time we went to the showroom and the sales person could get to our house and they honored the price they told us initially. Within a week of having the awning we had it fully open and an unexpected spot storm came in and caused it damage, Capital Awning was here in a day and fixed it. I can't say enough goo about working with the team.

So professional, arrived when they told me! Super helpful on moving some items I couldn't. Contacted me to keep me informed on arrival of fabric, good estimates on the details and what was needed! Work crew so polite and finished the job, as they had told me. Removed old awning, cleaned area, looked great! I was extremely happy and highly recommend.

When I decided that I wanted to purchase an awning I wasnt sure where to look. I did what we all do now and googled it for richmond area. A couple other companies showed up first and I read through some mixed reviews. I then stumbled across capital awning and the reviews were all great and what lwd me to make the initial call. From the very first call to set up an appt and a quote the whole experience with capital awning was 1st class. On installation day a crew showed up at my house and had it installed in under 2 hours.
