I feel like this company was just one big giant headache. I had countertops and backsplash installed and worked with James. I had a friend recommend them but she worked with someone else who had just left the company. The time schedule and communication was lacking in the BIGGEST way possible. Don't bother leaving a voicemail there because it literally doesn't matter. You have to keep calling until you get someone and that is not often. I was told they were going to start work on a Monday. I waited at home alllllll day and tried calling the shop and called and tried texting James

Please save yourself the headache and use someone else! These people say what they think you want to hear to get you sign a contract! There are "miss measurements" with everything to add extra cost, they demo your whole house but don't come back for a week! Was told 2 weeks at most, we are at 1 month with no end in sight. They start then leave to work somewhere else. They make empty promises with no attention to detail. Truly hoping no one has to experience what we have, please go else where!
