Getting my nails and toes done. Dip to keep my real nails with ombré sparkly pink nails and sparkly silver toes to match.
I called Saturday to set the appointment up for today and the worker was very nice. They even sent me an email with notification of the appointment.
They also sent a reminder text a hour before my appointment! Plus!
Masks worn by workers and required.
Walked in, greeted and showed the worker a pick of the ombré I wanted along with telling her the sparky toes and she showed me colors. Picked one and was sent over to sit at a chair with warm

I came in for a gel manicure, Christmas edition! When I left, I noticed the "red" looked totally orange. I took a picture to show my husband. He agreed. I came back to ask if they could paint over with a new color that was actually red. I knew it was my fault because I had picked the color, but I was not about to have orange and green for Christmas! Michelle told me it was not their fault and that it only looked orange because it was a picture on my phone. I said I only took the picture on my phone because I noticed it with my eyes. She did not understand and kept saying it was my phone

I went there to get my nails done for a very special auction and I was not happy at all the colors were very misleading and my nails are all different lengths and shapes some are sharp on the edges and some are round and it was just a very bad first experience. A lady that was there saw that the colors weren't the same and told me I could change them if needed and so I did same with the design of the nails it was supposed to be yellow and white with a flower but the yellow wasn't the same as it was shown and so then I just changed it to all white. But I'm not happy with my nails at all like I said

I've been to a few salons in this area. They always seem so rushed to get you out. For the first time I felt like they actually wanted to take care of me. And regardless of how many customers they had all attention was on me. The attention to detail in caring for my nails was fantastic! Plus their prices are a lot more reasonable than other locations. I recommend you remove your gel polish before coming if you're seeking to save a little extra. Will be coming back!!

I would like to start by saying that this salon is very nice for NAILS and nothing else. Please, please do NOT get your eyelashes done here. My eyelash tech of many years is on maternity leave and I was desperate to get my lashes done for a photo shoot so I gave Milan a shot since they were able to get me in same day (first red flag) I should have known better than to let a nail salon touch my eyes.
I was quoted $150 for mega volume and $130 for volume. Once inside and laying down my lash tech said she couldn't do mega volume "because that would be to many lashes for you" and mind

Decent prices and a professional environment. However it seems as though they overbook and are as a result forced to rush through certain appointments. I would definitely prefer being told to come back later/tomorrow over having my appointment feel rushed. Overall though, this is a decent place and you get what you pay for.

I had an appointment at 10:30 was not taken care of until 11 and then when the lady came to do my nails, michelle(the owner), she was rushing the entire process. She was doing my nails as if someone was chasing her and she was barely paying attention to me or my nails. The entire time she was talking to everyone else present in the store and barely even looking at my nails. I paid $71 for this set which I feel was too much for the job that was done. One star is being generous.

I only came on here to review my nails because I was uncomfortable with how they looked and needed to get them redone. I don't think it's professional to attack your customers who write honest reviews. I thanked you for trying to fix my nails even though you were about to close, but they still were not what I paid for. I am not calling your business bad, or telling

I really wanted to love this place, but their acrylic overlay barely lasts. I had to go in twice in two weeks to get my nails completely redone because they broke doing simple things like putting my coat on. I’ve never had this problem with other salons. Sucks, but oh well! If you can afford to pay to get your nails done every two weeks then this is the place for you!

Mimi did a great job repairing a broken nail that didn't get fixed from the salon I go to in San Jose. She made sure my nails looked great for a wedding that I had that day. She was super friendly and I enjoyed the conversation while doing my nails. Bella who works the front desk, really was helpful and hospitable while my husband and I were there. They were even able to help him with a last minute massage. Bella also helped me find a place to help hey ready for a wedding. Definitely a place I will go back to in I'm ever in Fresno again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place because of Jessie and Kat. They are the only two that I will see. I've tried most everyone here, these two are by far the BEST! I've had my nails done by Jess for years and she truly cares about her customers! It's no surprise that she is ALWAYS booked! Kat is the only one in the shop that does nail art and let me tell you... GIRL IS !!! Anytime you need to get art done, you should see Kat. Put it this way, if Jess isn't available and Kat isn't available, I'll just wait until they're back from vacay because I only want them.

Yesterday I went to get my nails done. I asked the lady to do an overlay with a pink color I found in the gel nail selection bucket. She brought out one color of the polish and opened it to show me. I let her know it was a little dark. She said "I know what you are wanting. It's the natural pink." I smiled and said yes. She came back with the perfect color. As I was getting my nails done by Linda, I felt comfortable with the neutral music playing in the background. This is my favorite nail salon in Fresno. I've never had a negative experience here. I am always greeted quickly when I walk in. The place is clean and they have a good selection of colors. The employees are attentive, friendly, and professional. The young male nail technician named Uri (or Yuri?) always does an awesome job.
And if for some reason your nail/nail color gets unnecessarily damaged/chipped soon after you get them done, they will gladly and promptly fix it for you with a smile and without charge. This place gets a thumbs up!!!

I will absolutely never let Michelle do my healthy dip nails again. She was rushed, stopes 7 times to talk to other people, she didn't clean under the nail, she filed off polish (see pictures) and they basically look like I painted them at home. Highly disappointed I'll only go back if Kat is there.

Got a pedicure here and the price was good, the service nice.... and the music (old crooner music from the 40s) superb!
The gal let me relax and didn’t try to up sell me on a bunch of things.
No complaints. Very professional and clean.

I really like the quality of my manicure and pedicure.
My first visit was with Yuri who did a great job to explain things to me. I selected one pedicure and he suggested a different one based on my feet.
I did gel pedicure and loved it because it seems to last so much longer. Photo is pic of my toes 2 weeks after!

Second time visiting this location. Honestly my favorite place to get my acrylic nails done. I made an appointment with my favorite nail tech Miranda. I showed her another picture of what I wanted and she was more than happy to make my nails exactly like the picture. I also appreciated the fact that she asked if the colors were right and was incredibly detailed. Miranda works efficiently and she will make your acrylics the highest quality and THEY LAST! I'll continue to come to this location.

Walked in here to get a quick gel mani on a Saturday am and it was packed. My nails turned out great but I had to wait 45 minutes until they got started on me. The selection of colors is average. I've been to other salons where they had triple time's the selection. The gal who worked on my nails did a great job. I loved the fact they gave me a $2 off coupon for next time. Price is reasonable!

I wanted to love this place. Michelle the owner is great, she didn't do my nails but I watched as she did stiletto nails for another customer. I came in with a bridal party on friday and she had drinks, cut fruit, chocolate covered strawberries, and candies for us to enjoy while we got our nails done. Okay, so first of all, something about me is that I can be super ocd when it comes to fine details on my nails -cuticles, the way the polish is, etc. I also have nail beds that are on the shorter side so I couldn't really give her much to work with. But Michelle is definitely super talented.
Michelle really went above and beyond in meeting my needs for my gel manicure. I have yet to find someone that I really like in Fresno, but after getting my nails done with her, I don't see myself going to anyone else!
