I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Energy Healer. After years of dealing with the effects of stress from working in the corporate world, I began studying and using (and still use) complementary, alternative and holistic health modalities such as acupuncture, yoga, and energy medicine, in search of better health and healing.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. It is a state of relaxed focus, which allows your conscious (thinking) mind to be quieted, and your subconscious (emotional) mind becomes more aware and alert. You cannot be made to say or do anything that is against your personal, moral or religious beliefs. You are always aware and in control.

Renee is very professional, caring and compassionate in her therapeutic approach. During my session with Renee I needed some help with relaxing my body and boosting creative energy, I also needed help with stopping sabotaging myself. Renee was right on point, she used NLP technique which delivered just what I needed. After the session I felt energetic and my attitude improved. Things no longer seemed like a big struggle. I thoroughly enjoyed my session with Renee. I am a hypnotherapist myself and so I am choosy about who I will let hypnotize me. I genuinely felt safe, cared for and respected. I got a past life regression done by Rene. this was my first time getting a past life regression. Rene did a wonderful job. She helped me feel super safe, comfortable and relaxed the whole time. During the session she writes notes down and then sends them to you so you can remember what you said during your session. I thought that was super cool. I would totally recommend a past life regression done by Rene if your into past life stuff or if your just curious as to what your past life was like. I was very happy with the outcome of my session.

I have very much enjoyed my hypnotherapy experience with Renee!
