Me and my fiancé were out house hunting, lost and confused, being 1st time home buyers. We were looking at the same house as Tracy and her client, and I was ease dropping on everything she was saying. Not knowing she was a realtor, I started asking her questions because she seemed so knowledgable. She gave us her car, and our process on finding a house really began. She would send us listings, drive all over SoCal for us. It was so awesome having someone like her helping us. She treated us like we have been friends our whole life. As a nurse with a hectic schedule, Tracy is able to answer all my calls and messages during anytime of the day. She is such a hard worker and you can tell she loves her job! First time home buyer and Tracy was so patient with allll my questions. She was organized and thoroughly explained the process to me in a simple manner. I work odd hours so her availability via text/email/calls was much appreciated. She was honest and informed me of all the good/bad things when viewing a home.
