The Palmetto Chiropractic Center sprang forth in 2000 from the partnership of Drs. Jud Heldreth and Jason Yoder. We were brought together by a shared mission to help the people of Lexington get healthy and stay healthy for a lifetime. It's a mission that still guides our practice today.

You may fill this necessary paperwork out at our office when you arrive, but we would recommend submitting it online beforehand, as this could save you a few extra minutes. For your first visit, we will usually just do a consultation and examination. Wow! From the kindness of the front desk staff to the kindness and gentleness of Dr Jud during my adjustment I am so grateful for this office. I have left adjustments in the past in pain for a week but not with Dr Jud. He really understands the body and I can tell he enjoys his work. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
