Rendezvous Event Center and Banquet Hall offers affordable space rental for your special event or occasion. We offer over 10,000 SQFT which seats up to 300 people with plenty self parking. We DO ALLOW you to bring in your own food, drinks, and entertainment. We also offer All Inclusive Packages that include Catering, Beverages, and Disc Jockey & Coordination Support.

Services
Our Venue boasts a list of some of the most experienced suppliers in the industry. Rendezvous Event Center works extensively with caterers, lighting designers, wedding planners, decorators, furniture suppliers and florists who will all come together to plan, organize and arrange everything to fit your vision.
The base rate for banquet hall is $1,850 which secures you the space for an 6 hour window and includes accommodations for 100 guests to start. We are happy to add tables and chairs on top of what is specified below, which is an affordable additional service if you would like to invite more loved ones to celebrate your special day.

Wow Hands Down the BEST place to host an event. Marcus and Lashun were a pleasure to work with during the entire process. Lashun captures my vision to a T. My guests were overly impressed by the whole venue. From the cleaning staff to Marcus and Lashun, my wedding was everything that I imagine. Facility was beautiful hands down! I sold 100 tickets for my event only 40 people showed up because the rest were sick. I was not satisfied with the Dj even the security from the venue was complaining about the Dj. I asked him to play something he told me he will play it at 12 but I paid you so you should play what I ask.I purchased $1800 worth of alcohol. I had gallons of everything and barley any of it was touched. At the end of the night I was asked to bring my car around so they could load the leftover food and alcohol. Once we got home we noticed they kept majority of my alcohol & food. We

From the initial planning to the breaking down of chairs at the end, everything was superb. Rendezvous is just one of Forest Parks hidden gems. As Mayor I am thrilled to have an amazing venue to entertain. I WILL BE BACK. Thank you to Marcus and LaShonda for a spectacular evening. EVERYONE loved it.

From the tour and planning appointment to the evening of the event, working with the great team at Rendezvous was amazing!
They were very accommodating to changes I requested and offered great suggestions for my event.
On the day of the event, all went smoothly and everyone had a great time!!! The beautiful venue, lighting package, and photo booth stunned my guests!
I will definitely have another event there in the future!!!

A one Stop shop hidden jewel! Mr. Mark and Mrs. Lashon, were very professional which made it a pleasure to choose this facility. Lashon saw the vision my daughter wanted and made her day a fairytale she will always remember! we choose the Paris theme and the details from the decor was amazing! Mark also made sure we had the customize Paris backdrop! I would highly recommend this facility you will not go wrong!

I had my wedding reception here, and it was amazing. The venue was well decorated and beautiful! The DJ and Emcee had the party going all night. The staff was nice. Marcus and Lashon was super nice and helpful. It was an inexpensive gem in which I’ll recommend to anyone. Just bring your own bartender!! Many complaints from my guests about them!

Rendezvous helped me when my event was facing some last minute madness. The party was for my College Graduation Party. The previous event planner cancelled on me for unjustifiable reasons and I reached out to them immediately when it occurred and they were able to retain my event date and bring my party to life much more than I expected. Mr Mark and Ms Lashun were perfect with their understanding and being able to cater to my needs even at the last minute. It was worth the madness that occurred prior. Communication from the beginning was top notch. They were available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever I had questions, and would always respond promptly.
