Andre and Charles went above and beyond in helping me choose the materials for my logo. Stop by today, me and my grand daughter, to inquire about printing services and not sure who the blonde hair woman was but she seem irritated that I even came in (First Flag); I am almost sorry that I did. I asked about printing some shirts with a logo and she was not helpful at all. I felt Like I was disturbing her. She asked that I send a file to a person she did not name in which I continuously asked who and where to send the file but she made no effort to get the information (Second flag). The third flag was when she asked me if I had an art/picture file; it wasn't the fact that she asked but
