Are you tired of trying to figure how to pack that special item so it arrives in one piece? You have to find the right box size, hunt down the bubble-wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc. It's time consuming, expensive, and a major inconvenience (and you may not pack it properly). Two days ago brought in 2 packages, one sent fedex and one usps. They did not tell me usps already picked up for the day (it was 1pm). Next day called to ask why no status on usps pkg - then they tell me it didnt go out till next day. I'm now looking at status for usps pkg and usps says they don't have pkg - only that label was created 2 days ago...wonder how many days before the pkg is in the usps system. Hope pkg not lost.

Avoid this store. I wish I could support a local small business but this place is horrible. There is zero customer service and general friendliness you would think you would get from a local small business. I dropped a package off at the store that was prepaid UPS. After a couple days I noticed it hadn't been picked up. I contacted ups they said it never was scanned in. So basically this pack and ship threw out my package.

I do try to support local, but this place is a mess. The two guys (father and son?) are always miserable.
What the other guy wrote about the owner's comments, I believe to be completely true.
I do think they now charge ($1 per?) to drop off a prepaid package, which is ridiculous. Here's a thought... don't charge for the square foot of space a prepaid package takes up and maybe people like me will come back and give you business organically out of appreciation.
One final point. Every single day their SUV takes up a parking spot right in front which I feel is very inconsiderate

I have shipped numerous packages out of there and have never had a problem. Mike takes good care of you and they are always looking for the most economical way to ship out the package. I have used them for Faxing when mine was down and they even repaired one of my computers. Great local business that needs local support.

I took the time to express the importance of the documents I needed to have shipped, paid the extra money for the gentleman to ship it FedEx so it would be tracked and I could have evidence of delivery. I did this on 9/24/2018. It was guaranteed to be delivered on 9/26/18. I trusted this would happen. I entrusted my package to an authorized FedEx representative because this was REALLY important and time sensitive. It is 10/3. I contacted the store two days ago and no one has contacted me back with a status. I have now escalated to FedEx and they have poured through the packages picked up from this

Would give them a zero if I could. I’ve been in several times to drop off pre-labeled UPS packages. They are always rude but I still stop in if I have a package and I’m driving right past their store. This last time they wanted to charge $1 to accept the package. I have dropped off several pre-labeled UPS packages before and never been charged. Many other stores accept UPS packages with pre-printed labels and NEVER charge a fee. I know the owner wrote below UPS charges them but there is absolutely no way UPS charges them $1/per package to take in. UPS picks up from any business around the US

I would not use this place again to ship anything. I have heard similar complaints from local residents. I brought a box to be delivered with a prepaid slip. It was 100% paid for by another company. When leaving the store the employee notified me that I owed them $1.00. When I asked what the fee was for, he stated that it was for a delivery charge. Really!!!

The gentleman that works here is the epiphany of bad customer service. I dropped off 3 large prepaid packages and was struggling to get them inside. I asked if he would hold the door for me and he said, "You want me to help you with something I don't get paid for"? I just about fell on the floor I was so shocked. I finally got them inside and left. Trust me, take your business elsewhere!

I put my trust in these very unfriendly people to pack and ship a fragile item for me, when the buyer received the package the item was broken into several pieces, she stated that the packing job was a joke meaning it was very poorly packed. And on top of the horrible packaging job they are the most unfriendly people I've ever met trying to run a business. Terrible customer service and terrible at what they do! I will drive the extra mile next time to take my package else where!
