Mitch and Emily are enthusiastic, competent, responsive, and fun to work with. I appreciated both of their interest in and attentiveness to my small business, and willingness to work with me to make sure the services they provided were fully aligned with my need and usable day-to-day. Mitch followed up with me after our contract was technically over but I had some questions, which is truly above and beyond. The best part about EBO is you can approach them without knowing what you need, and they will help you find solutions that are customized to your specific business AND fit within your budget. I hired EBO on short notice to update my very outdated resume and edit a cover letter for a job interview. Thankfully, they turned that order around very quickly with a very professional looking resume format and quality edits to my cover letter which helped to better organize my work experience and history and tie it together nicely. I felt good about applying for the job with the new versions. EBO was very accommodating and easy to work with. I will definitely bounce my resume/cover letter by them in the future as well as any proposal work or other general editing as needed.

I first began working with EBO when my company was reaching a point where I could no longer do all of the day to day operations as well as the back end. EBO helped design a system that worked for my specific needs and they never tried to bring a 'one size fits all' approach to what they presented. To this day, if I need anything done that is outside of the normal they handle it quickly and professionally and I give me a quick and easy list of action items to make the task go quickly. Highly recommend!
