Services
Get your good shoes back out of the closet! Let the doctors at Westborough Podiatry take care of your ingrown toenails and relieve your pain. Don't risk improper treatment or do-it-yourself "bathroom surgery;" this can lead to infection and result in additional pain and damage. You don't have to live with foot pain anymore.
Westborough Podiatry will ensure that your feet stay healthy when you have diabetes. Regular leg and foot self-examinations are recommended, as well as yearly checkups. It is important for our podiatrists to keep you informed about foot care as it relates to cuts and wounds, ingrown toenails, or circulatory issues that have lasted more than a few days.
Ask your doctor at Westborough Podiatry if orthotics are right for you; with proper orthotics, surgery may not be necessary. When you experience foot pain, orthotics fix your gait so that you walk properly. They also reduce hip pain and back problems. We customize the orthotics specific to your feet.
It is important that you don't ignore any foot pain, discomfort, tingling, infection, or wounds that aren't healing. This may also include thickening nails, ingrown toenails, or any other abnormalities with your feet. With prevention and early detection or treatment, you have a better chance of avoiding major foot problems.

Great staff, very easy to work with. Exam room is very comfortable, relaxing. Dr. Karadimos is very good, straightforward, with a good sense of humor. Took several X-rays, then took his time to explain what my issue is, and what the options are. I feel that I am in very good hands here. Highly recommend.

I am a new patient with Dr. Karadimos. I knew right away when I met him that he was going to be able to help me. Especially more than a previous Dr. I had met with. I'm glad I waited until I found his office. You can tell right away that he knows exactly how to assess and help you. After the second visit I feel so much better with his treatment, one of which involved a needle procedure, I felt totally confident about him doing this. He has a great bed side manner, calm, relaxed but confident and knowledgeable. Puts you at ease right away. The office is nicely decorated and the office manager is

They seemed like honest and trustworthy people. However, after consulting with 3 separate Orthopedists, I learned the $600 orthotics the Dr prescribed for my son were pointless. His problem was completely misdiagnosed and it appears we were misled by them....all in the interest of them making money. I just hope the next person who considers using them.....does not.
