Many times a client is interested in how the Treatment Process works. Just how does Counseling work? In my view, the most important ingredient affecting a positive outcome is the motivation of the client to feel better and/or do better. The role of the provider is to assist the client in accessing inner strengths and solutions they might not be aware of.
If you have Healthcare Insurance it is best to call the Behavioral or Mental Health carrier listed on your insurance card (usually an 800 number), to find out exactly what coverage you may have, your co-pay amount, how many times you may be seen, and who you can see. If you need help with the insurance process please call, email, or use the information request form, I will be happy to assist you.
