Your first visit at Orthodontic Harmony will provide you the opportunity to get to know Dr. Cheung and become acquainted with the office. Our consultation fee is $100, which may or may not be covered by your insurance policy. Orthodontic Harmony is a paperless practice. Highly recommend this place. Dr.Cheung is very thorough and detail-oriented when it comes to explaining treatment procedure to patients. She's very attentive and responsive to any treatment related concerns. Team at Orthodontic Harmony made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment duration. Very credible and friendly staff. I cannot underscore how GREAT Dr Cheung is!!!! From the initial visit to the placement of braces, it was amazing. The staff additionally explained every aspect of the process- including transparency with financing, and thorough explanation of the payment plans options. This office is all about money. $50 if not able to cancel appointment 72 hours ahead. They try to be the nicest people to new patients because they can charge a lot of money at the beginning of the treatment, sometimes more than $1000 one time fee. Not so much attention to old patients. The staff turn over is high. I knew someone who worked at this office. Stuff was either fired or resigned every several months. Once you become a patient, you are trapped. Be careful! Many of the google reviews people are most likely Dr. Cheung’s accounts. You can see most of them only reviewed Dr. Cheung. There

My daughter has had a great experience with Orthodontic Harmony. Dr Tracey is very knowledgeable, and the whole process has been clear and smooth. Every step was explained thoroughly, and I could feel that the team was truly determined to help my daughter obtain her beautiful smile. We had no unexpected charges, which was also important to us. We just finished my daughter’s braces treatment with Dr. Cheung and her team. We were patients for almost two years and we liked the practice since the first visit. Everyone there is very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They are environmentally responsible ( don’t waste any paper) and very modern and modest. The result are spectacular and my daughter is revealing a beautiful smile now!

I had a great experience with Orthodontic Harmony. Dr Tracy and her team are amazing and I’m very happy with the way my teeth turned out. I started out with Invisalign but soon realized it wasn’t the best choice for me, so Dr Tracy suggested braces. Best outcome ever and I can’t thank them all enough!

Dr. Tracy and her staff are fantastic! In addition to being a great orthodontist, Dr. Tracy is very good at explaining all the treatment choices, outlining the different pros and cons, as well as giving you a complete picture of the pricing so that there are no surprises. She is refreshingly low-pressure and did not push us towards the most expensive option or use anxiety to up-sell us. Her staff is just as helpful and patient as she is. I have already recommended Orthodontic Harmony to friends.

Absolutely NO complaints! I started my Invisalign treatment in the middle of a pandemic of 2020 and they followed through all the way, all while following covid guidelines! The whole staff are very professional, caring and communicate so well. Dr. Tracy is a sweetheart. You could tell she really cares about her clients and enjoys what she does. I promise you, you will be taken care of by Tracy's team! Don't even second guess your visit, JUST GO! :)
