I contracted them to do 2 patio covers for 2 different properties. The final product of both turned out very nice. The process was a nightmare filled with delays and frustrations. If they had QC that would review the materials before they got to the job site, it would have alleviated a lot of the issues. What should have been 1-2 week projects, turned into 2 month projects. After they had started they would realize they didn't have columns, or the panels were defective, or something was damaged. We had two different crews working on the two different projects at different times, neither seemed

We had our 1970's plexiglass sunroom replaced by Patio Warehouse. They answered every question I asked in a timely manner. Each step proceeded exactly as they told me it would. When it came to demo, haulaway, and installation, they were in and out in two days! They left the area clean and the new sunnroom is awesome! Bright, insulated and comfortable! Everybody we worked with on this project was friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I just had Patio Warehouse build a BEAUTIFUL gabled patio cover/roof over our patio. (I’m a very demanding, but reasonable, person. I never negotiate on price but I also NEVER, ever negotiate on quality. We are very happy with the solid, insulated, aluminium patio cover by Patio Warehouse. We received bids from several companies and chose Patio Warehouse based on reviews and the detail, both spoken and written during our first meeting. I truly felt like I was dealing with a team. It started with Ramie at the office who answered questions and made our appointment for the bid. Jarod provided a VERY detailed estimate and made suggestions on design and options that not only made sense but saved us money in the end. Top notch is all I can say. we converted our front courtyard into an outdoor living area. I called out numerous companies to discuss the project. After meeting with quite a few I was getting discouraged I was told either what we wanted to do wasn't possible or I was told to do the project without permits. It was relief to talk to Jarod, he not only walked me trough the project and what they could do he handled everything in regards to the permits and inspections. They did exactly what we wanted and were helpful the entire time. Even after the installation we noticed there was a couple things wrong
