The primary goal of our practice is to provide a full range of primary care services to our patients and to do so in a caring and compassionate manner using the latest advances in medical technology and knowledge. As primary care physicians, we are trained to carefully assess a patient's needs and, working with our patients, determine the most appropriate plan of care or treatment.

Well-woman care includes a yearly exam and Pap test as well as screening for osteoporosis, breast disease, and hormonal imbalances. Well-woman care is beneficial for women during their reproductive years as well as during and after menopause. PedIM Healthcare is the first private medical office of its kind in Citrus County.
With the addition of PedIM Imaging our patients may now have services such as Ultrasounds, Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), Vein Ultrasounds, Vein Ablations, Varicose Vein Ultrasounds, Cardiac Stress Testing, and X-Ray's completed at one of our facilities. PedIM Healthcare, Inc. is now a nationally accredited Lab Testing Center: We offer an alternative, affordable, one-stop testing location with no wait. Our lab accepts outside lab orders. If another physisican has requested a lab, please have that physician's office fax the request prior to the appointment.

Everyone is always so friendly. Dr. Shammas or Annalisia are my recommendations!! The problem is that they are short staffed and being spread SUPER thin. Wait times are pretty long but the quality of care is great from the ladies listed above. The office staff is phenomenal! Always friendly and accommodating. My son loves seeing Dr. Shammas. Very personable and knowledgeable!

We’ve been going here for the last three years since we moved back to FL. I was so excited when I found Gliset after so many bad experiences with pediatricians for my son! She was like a breath of fresh air! Fast forward three years and my daughter was born and I got scheduled ASAP with her as soon as I could get in to see Gliset. Well, now my baby girl is 9m old and my son 10 and I was SO looking forward to seeing her at their checkup the beginning of this month - to only find out she isn’t there anymore!! 😭😭😭😭😭 I know it’s for good things but MAN. I got great service and on time, didn't even have to wait! That was very impressive and never ever has that happened anywhere I've ever been! Everyone kind,helpful,courteous and professional! Love them so far! And the place was packed with customers and still got me in at my appointment time, no waiting! No waiting in room either, they were absolutely awsome! I highly recommend them, plus I got everything I needed! They waste no time!

Dr. Jacob’s was wonderful. My daughter had an appointment with him and he was so pleasant from the start. He spoke to her directly and asked her questions so she could respond. He explained the importance of treatment and prescriptions. He was on top of what she needed and transferred the info to the correct people for additional support. The only thing that could be approved upon would be the checkout process. At checkout, the lady asked to schedule follow up and for my copay and then tried dismissing us for day. If you’re looking for a pediatrician you can trust and is compassionate, Hollie Saylor PA is the the one to see! We’ve been seeing her for awhile and we love her. The medical staff here are excellent and informative. Dr. Hollie is sweet, welcoming, professional, understanding and loves to educate. I trust her judgment and my daughter is always comfortable around her. She’s perfect for young kiddos and is easy to talk with. Best pediatrician I’ve ever met.

I visited PedIM for the first time yesterday to establish being a new patient and although they were running a little behind, the nurse Holly, the NP Allie, and Dr. St Martin were all wonderful. Very kind, very attentive, and very professional. They were truly concerned for my medical history and well-being at present and took the time to discuss several issues that I have going on at present. The office was very clean. I am so glad I switched my PCP to Dr. St. Martin and have Allie as my PA. She is kind and patient and truly cares as is Dr. St. Martin. I have never had a doctor call me at 7 pm on a Thursday to give me test results so I did not need to worry over the weekend. My husband sees Sarah has his PA and she is every bit as great. I have never seen a clinic with as many caring staff as here. I recommend them to everyone.

Introductory visit only, so no actual exam. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Didn't get to meet Dr. St. Martin due to a medical emergency with another patient, but the PA ( Sarah Joress I believe) and her assistant spent a lot of time with me discussing my medical history and a current problem I'm experiencing with my lower lumbar. I made this appointment after a good friend recommended both the doctor and PA to me when I told him I was in the market for a new GP after my family doctor of over 30 years retired. Too much waIting. Waiting 10 min each time I call to be connected to "an available agent". Waiting at least an hour to be seen. Waiting forever for a call back... and I mean forever cause no one actually calls back.
