I was extremely tired, been on the road for 22 hours. It was time for a rest. The ranch was in my sights. In the office the clerk was looking at my license, and said youlive in Mojave? I said yes, but I'm tired. So he gives me the room for 10 bucks.....10 dollars! I never asked for a discount. I thanked him and laid down until 2 in the afternoon! Fully rested, I drove home.

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently for about two weeks while we were in-between places, and the owner/manager here was very friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to see and chat with him every morning when renewing the room. It was a great location for the price and was a rather homey, comfortable experience.
