If I could leave zero Stars I would . My experience with this place is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. First off I was given a pair of glasses that broke within 2 weeks brought them back into the store they told me they had to order me a new pair which would take less than 2 weeks.. 3 months later I was given the demo pair because mine were not in yet.. the demo pair they gave me broke right after I put them on. Omg where do I begin…i wish I could give 0 stars…I had high hopes for this place. I booked an appointment two weeks ago for my three year old daughter to get her eyes checked out. I called and asked specifically what I needed the doc to look for. I was worried my daughter was starting to have a lazy eye so I called and the lady said, “yes we can take patients that young (she’s 2 1/2) and the doctor can take a look and see if that is happening to your daughter”. Employees are extremely rude, stay away from this place. When we arrived during standard business hours they locked the door and put up a piece of paper stating they would be back in two hours. Came back two hours later and they were unhelpful and total snobs. Will NEVER be going back to this hole in the wall!

Setup an appt to get contacts, and after 3 or 4 trips to this location, they still couldn't get something that would work for computer screens. Staff was friendly, but when prompted with actual troubleshooting questions and logic, their only response was for me to come in for a 3rd and 4th eye exam. They are AWESOME! My husband needed an eye exam somewhere that offered evening and weekend hours. I found Wentzville Eye Center and loved that I was able to quickly and painlessly schedule an appointment online. I was also pleasantly surprised that the exam took less than 15 minutes. We did not feel pressured whatsoever to purchase frames. In fact, my husband had already picked out a pair online to order once we got his prescription. But the girl was so helpful and made the process so easy, we decided to just get his frames and lenses from Wentzville Eye Center. They called in less than a week

Went in not to long ago to purchase glasses. I felt rushed and hassled to purchase the entire time I was there. Not to mention the rep wasn't that honest on what kind of lens I needed and if certain things were necessary. I liked the glasses I found for the most part but the service I received made me say - hmm I'll think about it and come back. That's when I went over to Clarkson eye care and got the complete opposite and decided to purchase there.

I initially like this eye center.. The staff is pleasant and I really liked the Dr. who provided the examination. However, what I did not like was how long it took to get my glasses (2+ weeks) and the fact that I received the bill from my credit card company BEFORE I even had my glasses. I complained about this on the phone and in person when my glasses finally arrived. I was told they do this because sometimes people don't pick up their glasses. I maintain it doesn't matter whether the glasses are charged to the card when they are ordered or charged when the glasses arrive at the store
