Xactbuild was amazing. The owner's personality was very collected and professional. I have a hard time trusting contractors, but I could automatically tell he was not just in it for the money. We walked through the estimate with him asking and giving input on my vision. I wanted my bathroom, living room and dining room redone because the previous owner left it a mess. The two quotes I received from previous contractors were way over my budget but his was reasonable. After, a little over 3 weeks all three projects were completed. The quality was better than expected. His team really brought my vision

I made the mistake of working with Santos for my condo remodeling project. I hired him to install new kitchen appliances, paint the entire place and install new blinds. The quality of work was not great, Santos never followed up with me (I had to constantly check in with him).
Now there's a problem with the dishwasher installation and he won't return my calls to fix it. An overall poor experience and I will never work with them again. Do yourself a favor and do not work with him.
