It took me over 3 weeks to finally get a call back from them even though I left a message and actually talked with a rep who said someone would get back with me right away. Once I had an appt scheduled (Which I am doing because of a baby coming in the next three weeks, I cut a business trip short (Not by long but by almost a day) to be here on their limited schedule availability.. When I got off my flight I was greeted by a voicemail saying that someone had called in sick and they were unable to complete the service ( This was under 90 minutes of time before the appt). I again called and was told

I had great success with Joe Love with Love to Clean. We had some pet stains on our white carpet thanks to the little chihuahuas. They got out the stains, stretched my carpet where it was needed and did a great job. Very personable and professional. I definitely recommend!
