Gwatney Collision Center

I had what I thought was a finder bender and took my car to Gwatney Collision. The person doing the estimate went out took a short look and turned away then I said she should look deeper because there might be deeper damage. She informed me that she was experienced and there was no need. When I took my car in they found a lot more and said the bill would be much higher. The insurance co. got involved again. The new estimate by Gwatney showed the same parts with much higher prices for the same parts. It is my opinion that it is a plot to get people in and then charge more. That same day I had to

They need to get it right the first time and not bring it out when there's something not right!!! I was hit so hard that it did something to my front speaker. It was never told to me it wasn't working!!!! It's a Bose stereos maybe they were afraid to say anything.......

I just bought a car and it's was the easiest process ever. We knew what we wanted when we made our arrangement to look at the car, we had it in mind what we were willing to accept on our trade in, if they couldn't do it then we had an appointment at another car lit in NLR. My experience with Gwatney Collision Center was wonderful. I didn't recognize my car. I've been in a rental car for a month but it was worth the wait. My car looks like a new car. I love the work and expertise they put into it.
