I have a decade of experience working on behalf of immigrant children, families, and prisoners to help them gain protections and legal status in the United States. As a staff attorney working in the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project (NYIFUP), I represented New Yorkers detained by immigration authorities (ICE) in the first ever program to fully represent detained immigrants in deportation proceedings.
Immigration law is specialized and depends on legal knowledge of criminal law too. In immigration court, you want a lawyer who has the experience. A good lawyer will know how to fight the charges in the Notice to Appear and how to preserve your eligibility for relief from deportation. I have experience preparing difficult cases in immigration court, and will make sure that you get the defense possible, even in cases with criminal convictions.

She filed for work permits anytime they expired and I finally got a green card after doing all this in four years.

We started the process of my citizenship over 1 year ago and every thing went pretty smooth ,until after the interview.I waited 8 months before I received my letter for the oath ceremony appointment.
it all went down pre pandemic and if it wasn’t for miss Mac Caffrey ,I would not have known what to do.
Since we started she has been very real as a person
And a very good lawyer, efficient ,knowledgeable,reliable ,and on top of everything
She is very respectful no like most lawyers out there
