Called American Pump to get a New Well system installed . From the start their customer service was excellent, they answered quick, and got a tech over the next morning . Ricky showed up, was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Got my well system installed and I am very satisfied with their work. Would recommend them 100%

Our residential deep well pump failed and we were out of water. We contacted American Pump Service, Inc. and asked for help. Within a few hours they came to our home, assessed the problem, and replaced the deep well pump. By the end of the day we had water in our home again. The technician, Thomas, was knowledgble, skilled, and very professional. This is the best service we have ever had or seen in our life, and we’re not youngsters. Thomas was extremely professional and personable. He located a wiring issue that another pump service tech had overlooked. Once he installed the new pump Thomas ran several tests to ensure everything was working properly before leaving the site. Very impressed and highly recommend American Pump Services Inc.

My pump went out on 7/31/21 some time in the night. The breaker was not setting. I called an electrician 1st. Big mistake but they confirmed that the well pump or control box was shorting it out. I began on Saturday calling 7 well repair companies that offered 27/7 service. No one called back. I called again Sunday first thing and again no response from anyone. (a trend I am seeing from many companies).
Some how I put my info into home advisor on Sunday and got a quick response from American pump. I called and got a real person the first try. (Big Star here).
They came out Monday and diagnosed

Professional individual showed up at my house to determine what was wrong with my irrigation pump system. I was given an estimate, work was arranged for the following week. Work done was as per the estimate. Very pleased with the gentleman who came out. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Work was completed in a short time and system is working great. Would recommend.

Excellent service, from the time I called the office, the appointment was in time. Briane came over and had the office send me an upfront invoice, he said it was estimated higher, so there are no surprises, once the pump was out, at the things evaluated, the price did go down, and no wait period, everything was done within two days , with written warranty.
