Anna is one of the best aestheticians there is. However she DOES NOT work here anymore. The harassment she faced and the lack of respect for customers here is disturbing. I will not be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 0/10 I will give though. Ever since Anna left, it has been horrible. Anna is an amazing nice and professional person. These new people never pick up the phone. I called 10 times and messaged multiple times with 0 answers. I book online and PAY AHEAD OF TIME. I go there before my appointment time and all the lights are on, tv is open but the door is locked. We are knocking on the door calling multiple times and no one is coming. We wait another 20 minutes past mine and my sisters appointment time (in 40°F weather) and still no one there and not picking up the phone

I used to go to Ana on monthly basis and never had any issues. I went there and whole team was different and I was being told that she is on vacation. I got my wax done and it was awful experience. All my arms were bruising. I am missing Anna so badly.

I went this week and had a terrible experience. The person I usually see at Anna's beauty Studio no longer works there so I will not go again. They should tell the customers that their staff has changed because the person who was currently working (new staff) was extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. Highly disappointed!

Anna is amazing. She is caring and friendly. Her establishment is always clean and inviting. Anna made me very comfortable from the very first visit. She's on my list of monthly appointments.

I have been going to Anna since last May for eyebrows threading. Love her!! She is very warm and friendly. She always tries her best to give you timely service and will fit you in as much as she can. I am now a regular at her salon and will continue to patronize in future.

Anna is the best! I have been getting a wax with her for about two years now and she never disappoints. Her shop is clean and her prices for eyebrow threading and the Brazilian wax you just can’t beat. The wax takes about 15 minutes and she is very attentive. Anna is very professional and very sweet.

Anna is the best! I have been going to her for a year now and every time she welcomes me with the biggest smile. Her waxing technique is great and painless. During your session she will communicate and make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. No one can beat her prices she’s so affordable and I’m so happy to have found her :)

Anna is super efficient, friendly, and creates a great environment for all her customers! She does an excellent job with all her services and keeps the salon clean at all times. I cannot recommend Anna enough especially for her waxing service. It’s quick and painless and I love how engaging she is in conversation, makes me enjoy my visit to her salon!

I absolutely love Anna! She's so friendly and happy and does an amazing job! She pays attention and makes sure you leave the salon satisfied with her service! I definitely recommend her services and will be back although it's a bit of a drive for me.... it's so worth it!
