Mr. Baxley worked for over twenty years for a major Atlanta jewelry firm before establishing Baxley Jewelers on Carrollton's historic Adamson Square in 2010. Beginning in a small upstairs office, the business rapidly grew and is now located in the 1872 Mandeville Building between Horton's Books and Gifts and LocoMex Downtown.
Over the years Baxley Jewelers has earned a reputation for it's unique handcrafted custom jewelry designs. Working with wax, Baxley carefully crafts an exact model of the piece to be produced. The detailed wax model is then used to create a mold from which the finished piece is cast. The item is then set, in many cases, with diamonds or gemstones.

Services
Baxley Jewelers specializes in handcrafted engagement rings, wedding sets and jewelry remounts that are uniquely your own. Most of our designs are created from hand-carved wax models which are then cast in gold, silver or platinum and can be set with your stones or ours. We offer a choice of natural or created diamonds and gemstones.
Baxley Jewelers can repair most fine jewelry items. We repair prongs, replace missing stones, perform ring sizing and replace watch batteries and straps. Jewelers of America and has over twenty years experience. We work with gold, silver and platinum and can order replacement diamonds and gemstones for most pieces.
All appraisals include a full written description of the item, including stone grading, a photo for identification and an approximate retail replacement value. Due to the amount of time involved in evaluating fine jewelry and preparing the documentation, all appraisals are done on a "drop-off" basis only.

I took some jewelry in for repairs 5 days before Christmas. Not only did Mr. Baxley do an incredible job on the jewelry, he also made the experience so enjoyable, and he had my jewelry ready THAT DAY. I took him my solitaire I’ve worn for 20 years of wedded bliss and my mother’s wedding ring I inherited from her passing, and he created an absolutely gorgeous halo ring and coordinating band for me. I really like this place. I had an old damaged ring that was sentimental to my wife. I brought it to Baxley and he was able to custom make a new ring of similar design and repair the old ring without issue. We were on a deadline for my wife's birthday but he made it happen. Wife loves her new ring! We were able to work within my budget as well. I highly recommend this store!

If you are looking for one of a kind, head to Baxley Jewelers! Not only are there many pieces to choose, they also do custom designs too. Reasonable prices, don't let "custom" fool you into thinking it is not attainable... I've made several purchases and their work never ceases to amaze me.. With Christmas coming up I'm already planning to do some shopping!
