Knowledgable, freindly, and extremely helpful
While visiting Fredericksburg I had an equipment issue with my CPAP mask. I called FME and asked if they could help me. Their immediate answer was that they probably had the part I needed and said to drop by and they would figure out a solution. I walked in and spoke to Dean and ten minutes later I walked out with exactly what I needed. It was a really nice experience. I wish they had an office in my hometown! HIghly recommend!

Dean recommended the contour leg pillow and I love it! I've been sleeping better since using the pillow. I highly recommend Fredericksburg Medical Equipment.

Everyone there is helpful and pleasant. Dean is great. He is knowledgeable and takes as much time as you need to understand your equipment.

Staff was very attentive to my needs and took the time to explain each and every step of the process of getting my new equipment. Sonua was excellent at reviewing my new machine and walked me through how to set it up and use it. She even showed me how to maintain my new machine in great detail. Fredericksburg Medical Supply is absolutely the best to do business with. At one point, we needed to get a hospital bed at home, and they were wonderful to work with. I dealt with Dave & he is top notch. He helped get it arranged & constantly followed up with the progress. We ended up not needing it as my mom went to rehab. We will use them for all of our future needs. You should too! Thank you FMS for all of your help!

Do not use this place!! – after billing my insurance almost $2000 for something I could have bought from Amazon for under $700 they told me my out of pocket was $140. They promised not a penny more. About a month later I received a bill for an additional $250 and the month after that an additional bill for another $250. Again this CPAP is about $700 on Amazon and they were now going to profit over $2500 from me and my insurance company. They told me if I returned the CPAP they would charge rental time that would be about $400. – They even admitted they made a mistake when they told me $140

My parents have used them and I now am using them. They have been extremely helpful everytime I had questions and honest/upfront on what they could or could not do. Good people and knowledgeable.
