I used H T Glass for windshield replacement as I didn't want to travel to Rhinelander and hadn't heard many positive comments about that vendor.
The service desk at HT scheduled my appointment for a week out. Upon return, I was able to get right in. The process took less than two hours. The price was reasonable and the service was courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to use HT Glass again for windshield replacement in my vehicles. Very professional service.

The other reviewer hit the nail on the head. Service here stinks. These folks have a very bad attitude -- probably due to the fact that they don't have a lot of local competition. My wife walked in to get a piece of glass for a picture frame. Not only would they not cut the piece while she waited (she was the only customer in the store) but they wouldn't say when it would be ready.
Cutting a piece of picture frame glass is a 3-5 minute task.
