We came through the fast wash on 10/09 and it was the worst wash ever. We left with the car just as dirty as we came, but the windshield was worst. I had to go to the gas station just to clean the windows and windshield properly. Absolutely a waste of time and money. I would have gotten a better clean just from hand washing my car in the middle of a dust storm

Hit and miss. Too many times I've come out and my vehicle is still dirty. Also notice sometimes I get foam soap and sometimes I dont. The person telling you to pull.foward and which direction to turn your tires needs to be better! I'm told to turn while I am not straight making my tires hit the rail

As I was in the wash tunnel, it came to a stop. Once it started up again, the brush came down and hit my windshield. Pulling up on my windshield wiper. Now my wiper is obstructing my view. When the wiper is turned on it goes past my windshield. The on-site manager says there's nothing they can do because it still functions.

I took my car here on 8/27/2021. Not familiar with the different washes, one of the attendants came over to assist, telling me the $7 wash was not worth it. She showed me the $10 wash which also had the bug guard, triple foam wash, and clear coat. After the car came out of the wash and we pulled around to start vacuuming, we noticed the hood was filthy, both bugs and dirt. The hubcaps were also filthy. I notified the attendant and she followed me back over to the car, acknowledged it was not clean, and then just shrugged. I asked her if they had a bucket so I could wash it by hand myself. She said

I've had multiple memberships at different car washes and this one isnt so great. The soap spray is clogged so it only shoots soap on less than half of the windshield, the dryer leaves so much water on the car that you have to spend 20 minutes drying it yourself parked in a stall, and there are still bug spots and visible dirt on the back. The vacuums work great and stalls are nice and well taken care of, but the car wash needs maintenance and updating
