I've seen a lot of these saying they'd rather give zero stars, and I couldn't agree more. The staff working as receptionists are great, but it goes way downhill from there. Going back into the actual exam room was horrid. The extra chair in the room was stain with what looked like blood/other bodily fluids. The area near the medial waste bin had blood on the walls like someone was playing bloody trash basketball. The best part tho, were the holes that in the wall of the exam room. I definitely will not be getting my wisdom teeth removed here, due to not wanting any kind of infection that will come

I am sooo grateful for the staff at SmileKrafters. I have struggled for 10 years with severe dental issues. Long story short the staff has gone above and beyond to help me get the procedures I need and I can FINALLY HAVE MY TEETH FIXED THE RIGHT WAY! SUCH A LONG JOURNEY WILL BE OVER SOON. TEARS OF JOY! Terrible, terrible service. I call for an emergency tooth pull being my pain is taking up half of my head and it’s becoming swollen and the lady on the phone first says I need a referral and after I ask again why i need a referral for an infected tooth she says emergency pulls are not done at this office and I need to wait until Feb unless I have a referral. - My husband didn’t need any referral or any questions asked when he came here, but it seems they no longer care after reading all the reviews.

This place is absolutely a mess. We called several times regarding the appointment making sure everything was set in stone with having wisdom teeth surgery. After 6 phone calls and several priority emails to make sure it was confirmed. All was set in stone and we went into the surgery room, they hooked up an IV and several other medical devices than deny doing the surgery contradicting everything they said. This place is a mess, they don’t communicate, waste of time. Can’t believe they put an IV in and everything before denying…

My son had an appt scheduled here for oral surgery. They called on the Friday prior to his appointment and left me a voice mail stating they needed to cancel due to the office would be now closed on the following Monday that my son couldn't get his surgery done. I tried calling them back numerous times to find out what's going on, still have no answers or another appointment. The set up they have for when someone calls to speak to someone is a joke. The line should go to staff on the floor that can help the patients not a call center. Would never recommend anyone waste time to go here.

They schedule me for surgery and cancelled with no/bare minimum notice. About a week before my surgery, they called me while I was at work and left no voicemail. I think nothing of it. I show up the morning of surgery, and a woman dressed in surgery garb tells me that the surgeon had to leave. I was told I would be called to reschedule and never received a call. I am not going back to this place and recommending anyone in need of dental work to avoid this place. The people working the front desk should be ashamed of themselves.

My daughter had a appointment for oral surgery and they called three days prior and left a message that it is cancelled because nobody would be in the office on Friday . the appt. was scheduled for months . Days taken off of work for healing and to get the surgery and now missed days of income for my daughter that she can't get back. I called back two days in a row to be told by someone who doesn't work in the office ( outsource calls) that they ll leave a email to the "office coordinator " because she is the only one who schedules . (0 stars) STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I went here on November 4th to get a general cleaning. They scraped my teeth way to hard and scraped my gums!! The nerves in my gums have be bothering me since my appointment, and I thought it was just the pain from the cleaning. It is now November 29th!! The irritation from the cleaning is still there. When I called they said I have to wait either until January or go the emergency room. They also suggested putting me on a waiting list. They could not look at it right way and I would have to deal with the pain until January!! It is not okay to leave patients in pain

I have been coming here for 2 years and it’s been nothing but good. Today is one of my last appointments and overall it’s been a great experience. Sianilee was very nice and helped a lot. This office has provided me and my family with the best care from start to finish from scheduling appointments on a timely and professional manner to walking into the doors and being treated with the best customer service. My son, who is on the spectrum, had his first appointment in the pediatric clinic yesterday & needed more work than I'd originally prepared him to have. Normally, unexpected changes send him into a meltdown, but that didn't happen, thanks to the patience & attention of all those involved with his care.

I've had such an awful experience with this office. I had been trying to get an appointment with them for so long, it was ridiculous. Finally they set an appointment for me for oral surgery. I went in and had six teeth removed by IV sedation. The pain was unbearable after the procedure and when trying to call the office multiple times they never ever answer. They had given me an instruction sheet and what to do after the surgery and if it was an emergency to call the number that was listed. I called the number and it's not in service. My gums are throbbing so bad and this is 4 days later

Horrible receptionists. Extremely rude and seem to not understand how to keep track of what they do. Literally feel as if the appointments are just to charge for the visit.

Absolutely horrible receptionist in the orthodontics department.. You can never get through when you call and if you choose a call back option it goes through a third party not even in the office. I wanted to reschedule a appointment due to upcoming bad weather and they couldn't get me in for another month thats just unacceptable. When you check out it takes 30 to 45 minutes to get your next appointment i had to leave for work service is so bad please don't go there. Terrible, terrible experience. Had a consult scheduled for my son. My appointment was scheduled for 3 pm. The day before, I was called to see if we can come in earlier because the doctor had to leave early and asked if we can come around 2:15-230. I pulled my kids out of school and came to the office. We arrived at 2 pm. I didn't get paperwork to fill out for 30 mins. 5 minutes after that we were called for x-rays then brought right back to the waiting room. I am now STILL here waiting to be called in for a CONSULT! We are now 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment and waiting one hour

I usually have Dr. Heisler and she has magic hands. I never feel anxious or uncomfortable when she's going to be caring for my smile. I hate needles, but she's very gentle and I have to say she's my favorite.

I usually feel anxious about any visit to the dentist and in the last year have had to make multiple visits while fixing another Docs errors. They have helped me get my smile all cleaned up and did it all while making my comfortable and safe.
