Services
Sweetwater Bakery began in 2002 as a small wholesale bakery. This is due to our delicious quality product, made from scratch with the finest ingredients. Most of our items are made with natural ingredients and are Trans Fat free. We maintain a high standard of quality and great customer service to better serve our customers.
Our brownies are chock full of the finest chocolate and the texture is blissfully between "cakey" and "fudgy". Our varieties of bars have scores of fans. Our cinnamon rolls are the ultimate treat. We bake our oversized cinnamon rolls in risers creating a perfect soft and gooey roll without any edges.
Gluten-free 7 Layer Bar: Similar to our regular 7 layer bar, but Gluten-free! A delicious and savory bar with a buttery graham cracker crust, with a chewy middle, topped with roasted almonds, white & chocolate chips, and coconut. Carrot Cake Bar: Sweetwater Bakery's exceptional carrot cake, but no forks needed, in a bar form.

Just had a Raspberry Oat Bar at local grocer, made by Sweetwater Bakery. Probably a bit sweeter then I was ready for and I felt the price was much higher then I'm use to for a similar breakfast type product. Size of bar was reasonable, tasted fresh, and low sodium content but when I way price and value, not likely to purchase again

My girls enjoy their frosted cookies, soooo good. Us adults enjoy the bagels, cookies and their pastries...One small problem they're not in Pullman WA. So when us girls visit the Grandparents in Hayden we try to stop by and pick up a dozen or two, we're on our way now to get some goodies to take home and put in our freezer. You should really consider selling to Daily Grind in Pullman or maybe even Starbucks. Thank you,

I can't pass up a good, local bakery. The hubs and I shared a raspberry oat bar and cheddar cheese bagel, and they were 5 stars - the cheesecake brownie, which (given what it contains...cheesecake and brownies) should have been orgasmic, but it seemed lacking.
Don't expect a latte or anything like that to go with your baked good, but we were taking ours to-go anyway. The service came with a big smile and the prices were very reasonable.

All I know about Sweetwater Bakery is that I picked up three of their individually wrapped pastries at a 7/11 in Spokane on my way through. I had a carrot cake, apple strudel and no-bake chocolate/peanut butter/oatmeal cookie. (Not all at once)
Each was better than the last. I loved every single one. I hope like hell somewhere sells their stuff in Pullman or Moscow!
