I had everything get hacked and got transactions made from my UniWyo account that wasn't even connected to my cash app And Venmo. They had me wait 3 months just for my dispute to get denied. I lost a lot of money all because this small bank has poor security measures And bad customer service. I will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on as any other bank wouldn't have made me wait this long just to tell me I'm not getting my money back.

Just moved to the area and got a used Jeep from the Toyota lot and UniWyo picked up our note, great rate. My wife and I are super happy, we worked with Tayler who made the whole super easy, super helpful and saved us money offering to refinance our Subaru as well. I loved my experience at UniWyo - the entire staff from branch manager to the loan officer and member experience officer were extremely helpful. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about my needs and preferences. The loan application process was rather painless and I always got prompt answers to my questions. Highly recommend UniWyo over any corporate bank out there.

Literally the worst bank ever. The customer service is AWFUL. We’ve had issues with them “forgetting” to take out our AUTOMATIC payments for our car loan. We’ve caught it a few times and had to call them and remind them to take it out. They didn’t take out our payment last month so they had a tow company repo our truck! They didn’t even bother to notify us or anything! We called and we had someone rude finally admit to their mistakes and deliver our truck back. I’m SHOCKED at how awful we were treated. Just made a on time payment on line, and they charged me $5.00 to do it online. This is abuse to their good customers. I have never been late. Won't be recommending them or do business with them any again.. The credit union in Souix Falls I deal with does not do this. Beware before you apply for a lone with these guys.

I've been a member of theirs for about 5 years now and I have no complaints. They've always been cooperative and have consistently good rates. They do things such as skip your payment in December for Christmas without any repercussions if I remember correctly. All of them at the branch are incredibly nice. Even though I moved out of Wyoming I'll always have an account with them
